Crime and Accidents for June 28

MARSHALL — Multiple curfew violations for juveniles were reported at 12:52 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Legion Field Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A boys’ style bicycle was stolen from a garage in a burglary reported at 9:35 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 7:54 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of East Lyon Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A civil matter was reported at 5:47 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 55-year-old man was cited for speeding at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 260th Street and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MINNEOTA — Harassment was reported at 11:42 a.m. Wednesday at Vans Trailer Court, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash reported at 4:54 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of East Main Street caused a possibly injury, Marshall Police said. A 2000 Chevy Cavalier and a 2015 Chevy Equinox were towed from the scene, Police said. A passenger in the Cavalier was transported to Avera Marshall Medical Center by ambulance with a possible injury, Police said.
