LYND — A report of bank fraud at 6:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 2200 block of Lyon County Road 30 was referred to another agency, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MINNEOTA — A suspicious incident was reported at 4:18 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of East First Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Credit card fraud reported at 4:04 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 22-year-old woman was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Hill Street and Poplar Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 44-year-old woman was arrested on a Department of Corrections apprehend and detain order at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
