MARSHALL — A 30-year-old man was arrested for a probation violation at 1:28 a.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 28-year-old man was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 11:20 p.m. Monday at the intersection of North Minnesota Highway 23 and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A civil matter was reported at 4:56 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Theft of a girls’ style bicycle was reported at 2:45 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of South High Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — A school bus stop arm violation was reported at 9:55 a.m. Monday on Northwood Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A school bus stop arm violation was reported at 8:14 a.m. Monday at the intersection of East Lyon Street and Kennedy Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 3:42 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said. A Toyota 4-Runner was rear-ended by a Ford Focus, Police said. Possible minor injuries were reported to the driver of the Ford. The driver of the Ford was issued a citation for failure to drive with due care, Police said.
