MARSHALL — A 27-year-old man turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant at 3:12 a.m. Wednesday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — An incident reported at 12:39 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of North Central Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Auto theft reported at 11:09 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of Cedar Lane is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Found property reported at 7:32 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of North Minnesota Highway 23 and East College Drive was later claimed by its owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is not complete on a driving complaint at 5:26 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Lynd Street and South Fifth Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 1:46 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of East First Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

GHENT — A 43-year-old man was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant at 9:27 a.m. Wednesday on the 3300 block of Minnesota Highway 68, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 9:12 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of West Fifth Street North is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 6:48 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Eighth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of Ninth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A motor vehicle struck a parked vehicle in a property damage accident reported at 11:37 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
