MARSHALL — A report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a 34-year-old woman in an incident reported at 9:02 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — An animal bite incident was reported at 5:52 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Fourth Street East, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A motor vehicle struck a bicycle in a personal injury accident reported at 8 a.m. Monday on the intersection of DeSchepper Street and James Avenue, Marshall Police said. There was minor damage to the bicycle, and the bicyclist received minor injuries, Police said.
