COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 8:39 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of Lindsay Drive is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD — A report is pending on a domestic incident reported at 11:56 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of West Fifth Street North, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 1:52 p.m. Monday on the 2300 block of 190th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A 30-year-old driver was cited for failure to drive with due care after driving into the ditch in an incident reported at 8:43 a.m. Monday on the 1100 block of North Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An 18-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault in an incident reported at 11:17 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A motor vehicle was scratched by an unknown object in a damage to property incident reported at 11:38 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of South Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A school bus stop arm violation was reported at 4:34 p.m. Monday on the intersection of North Fourth Street and North High Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 31-year-old woman was arrested on multiple drug charges, assault and disorderly conduct in an incident reported at 6:37 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a 34-year-old woman in an incident reported at 9:02 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An animal bite incident was reported at 5:52 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Fourth Street East, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A motor vehicle struck a bicycle in a personal injury accident reported at 8 a.m. Monday on the intersection of DeSchepper Street and James Avenue, Marshall Police said. There was minor damage to the bicycle, and the bicyclist received minor injuries, Police said.
