MARSHALL — Shoplifting was reported at 6:42 a.m. Friday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 37-year-old man was arrested for fourth degree DWI and placed on a 12-hour hold at 11:52 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Canoga Park Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 22-year-old man was cited for speeding at 9:04 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Fifth Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 28-year-old man was cited for open bottle and a 25-year-old man was cited for DWI in an incident reported at 6:15 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of West Lyon Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A counterfeit bill was reported at 5:19 p.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. The incident is under investigation, Police said.

MARSHALL — A 39-year-old woman was cited for speeding at 3:30 p.m. Thursday on the 3300 block of Lyon County Road 6, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MINNEOTA — A family matter was reported at 3:28 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of East Fifth Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 12:28 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of Peterson street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
