MARSHALL — Shoes reported found at 6:13 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of West Marshall Street were brought to the lost and found, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — An adult male was arrested for fourth degree DWI at 2:33 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — An adult male was arrested for DWI, open bottle, driving after revocation, not having insurance and fleeing on foot, in an incident reported at 1:03 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft of a wallet reported at 12:24 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report is not complete on a traffic incident at 11:24 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Main Street and North Fifth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Two adult males were arrested for fighting at 9:50 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 23, was arrested for DUI at 1:31 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Country Club Drive and Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Redwood Falls boy, 17, was cited for shoplifting at 6:21 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 19, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana in an incident reported at 6:12 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of North First Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Counterfeit currency was reported at 10:52 p.m. Friday on Market Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Credit card fraud was reported at 12:09 p.m. Friday on Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 33, was arrested on a warrant at 2:33 a.m. Friday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
Accidents
LYND — One person received non life-threatening injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Minnesota Highway 23 Friday, the Minnesota State Patrol said.
The crash was reported at 4:33 p.m., at the intersection of Highway 23 and 200th Avenue. A 1994 Ford Escort driven by Joshua Trump, 35, of Tyler, was southbound on Highway 23 when it collided with a 2011 Chevy HHR driven by Janessa Carter, 27, of St. Louis Park, the State Patrol said. Carter failed to yield to traffic, attempted to make a U-turn, and her vehicle was struck in the side by the Ford Escort, the State Patrol said.
Carter was taken to Avera Marshall Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office and North Memorial Ambulance also responded at the scene of the crash.
MARSHALL — A vehicle struck a parked car in a property damage accident reported at 11:26 a.m. Friday on the 500 block of West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.
