MARSHALL — A 33-year-old male was cited for driving after suspension and no proof of insurance in an incident reported at 8:51 a.m. Monday on the 2100 block of Lyon County Road 67, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
COTTONWOOD — A 27-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault in an incident reported at 1:40 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of West Prairie Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL — Auto theft reported at 10:18 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft from a motor vehicle reported at 10:57 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of North A Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 34-year-old female was arrested for theft and giving a false name and date of birth in an incident reported at 3:06 p.m. Sunday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — A warrant pickup was reported at 2:01 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Seventh Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MINNEOTA — Truancy was reported at 8:48 a.m. Monday on the 500 block of North Monroe Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A motor vehicle hit a parked motor vehicle in a property damage accident reported at 5:06 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of Patricia Court, Marshall Police said. The driver was cited for permit violation, Police said.
