MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 21, was cited for public urination and a Marshall man, 22, was arrested and cited for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a public disturbance incident reported at 1:10 a.m. Tuesday in the B11 Lot, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A suspicious incident was reported at 9:51 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for loud music in a noise complaint incident reported at 7 p.m. Monday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – A public disturbance incident was reported at 2:15 p.m. Monday on the 4500 block of Van’s Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Cottonwood woman, 33, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic related incident reported at 1:28 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An intoxicated Marshall man, 33, was released to a responsible subject in an alcohol related incident reported at 1:04 p.m. Monday near the intersection of South 2nd Street and West Maple Street, Marshall Police said.

LYND – A suspicious incident reported at 1:34 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of Willow Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A small dog was taken to the Animal Impoundment Center in an animal complaint incident reported at 11:46 a.m. Monday near the intersection of 1st Street and James Avenue, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2007 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 30, received severe damage and a 2011 Ford driven by a Marshall man, 29, received light damage in a hit-and-run accident reported at 6:22 p.m. Monday at the Marshall Airport, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 2:45 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Kathryn Avenue, Marshall Police said.

ECHO – Two people received non life threatening injuries as the result of a two vehicle crash reported at 2:37 p.m. Monday near at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 67 and 140th Avenue, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A Cadillac driven by a Wood Lake teen failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a Chevrolet driven by Darren Gjerset, 45, of Echo, State Patrol said. The Yellow Medicine County Sheriff’s Department, Cottonwood Ambulance and Echo Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene, State Patrol said.
