MARSHALL – An intoxicated male was released to a responsible party in an incident reported at 1:05 a.m. Friday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A boys’ bicycle reported found at 9:59 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of North 5th Street and High Street was taken to the garage, Marshall Police said.
