Crime for June 19

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 26, was arrested on a Hennepin County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 47, was arrested for second degree refusal to test, second degree DWI, open bottle, failure to provide proof of insurance and possession of marijuana and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10:42 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of North 5th Street and Pleasant Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of a handicap sticker was reported at 8:24 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A Marshall man, 25, was arrested for second degree DWI and driving after revocation and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 7:52 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and 305th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

LYND – An Amarillo, Texas man, 33, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related incident reported at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – A suspicious incident was reported at 7:36 p.m. Tuesday on the 700 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYON COUNTY – An assault reported at 12:23 p.m. Tuesday near the Lyon County Landfill is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – The subjects of a trespass incident reported at 11:22 a.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street were unable to be located, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – The subjects of a trespass incident reported at 9:50 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Village Drive were advised and counseled, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – An incident described as all other reported at 9:26 a.m. Tuesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
