MARSHALL – A suspicious incident reported at 9:02 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of East Southview Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
TRACY – A report is not yet complete on an animal complaint reported at 8:36 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of 4th Street, Tracy Police said.
LYND – Subjects of a threat incident reported at 6:18 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of North Redwood Street were advised and counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 21, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 6:11 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
BALATON – A report was sent to the New Hope Police Department for an unauthorized use of a debit card in an incident reported at 5:21 p.m. Wednesday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL – Attempted credit card fraud reported at 4:28 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Spruce Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A report is not yet complete on a civil matter reported at 12:59 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of North 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A lawn mower was reported stolen at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Skyline Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – The owner of a cell phone reported found at 10:58 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of North 1st Street was contacted, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A report is not yet complete on an accident with a cow reported at 11:33 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 22 and 320th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
