LYON COUNTY -Theft of gas valued at $240 was reported at 10:39 a.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of 200th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – An incident described as all other reported at 12:52 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 38, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 1:06 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of disorderly conduct charges on a Marshall woman, 43, in an incident reported at 1:12 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Donita Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 22, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 4:13 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Timberlane Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A parked and unattended 2002 Chevrolet received light damage when struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 5:26 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A white poodle was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 7:36 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said. The dog was released to its owner after fees were paid, Police said.

MARSHALL – A vehicle was scratched in a damage to property incident reported at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – A tire was damaged in a damage to property incident reported at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday on Barstad Road, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning was issued in a public disturbance reported at 6:41 a.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of Westwood Drive, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A parked and unattended 1999 Mercury received light damage and a 2012 Chrysler driven by a Marshall man, 18, received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 2007 Jeep driven by a Garvin man, 39, received moderate damage, and a 1989 GMC driven by a Marshall woman, 56, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 6:06 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of West Main Street and South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.
