Hi, I'm Andy Frank and am running for Lakeview School Board. My wife, Ashley and I, along with our 4 children live on a farm southwest of Wood Lake. I graduated from Lakeview School in 2007 and earned my Associate Degree in Marketing and Sales Management at Alexandria Technical college in 2009. I work full time as a representative for Steffes Auctioneers and I also farm in partnership with my Dad.
Why am I running for a school board seat?
I think I would be a good fit for a seat on the School Board because of my diverse experience interacting with people, often helping them navigate through major life changing decision making. I also feel that I'd be an easy person for members of the community to get ahold of when they may have concerns or questions that need to be addressed. I am currently on the Board of Elders at St. John's Lutheran Church in Wood Lake and also on the Board of Directors for Farmers Cooperative Elevator Co. in Hanley Falls. I look forward to serving the community.
