MARSHALL -- A Marshall woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 33, the Minnesota State Patrol said.
Sara Marie Ormberg, 46, was taken to Avera Marshall Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said.
The crash was reported at 7:59 a.m. A 2026 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Ormberg was northbound on Highway 23, and was making a turn onto County Road 33 at the time of the crash. A 2013 Dodge Journey driven by Cayden William Caron, 22, of Cottonwood, was southbound on Highway 23 when the vehicles collided.
The Lyon County Sheriff's Office, the Marshall Fire Department and North Memorial Ambulance all responded at the crash scene, the State Patrol said.
