Dancers showcase spring recital

The mini team of Ainslee Hoffbeck, Alanna Thurman, Alessandra Dimler, Asha Poole, Aspen Gibertson, Blake Laleman, Demi Deutz, Ellie Palmer, Elsise Gilbertson, Emery Schons, Everleigh Gray, Hannah Woodbeck, Journey Thompson, Olivia Baker, Peyton Blomme, Taylor Deutz, Trinity Thompson and Zoey Miller with choreographers Breanna Thompson and Annie Deutz as well as assistant Lea Kretzschmann perform to the song song "Hot Hot Hot" by Arrow perform their routine during the Marshall Academy of Dance 2026 Spring Recital Showcase.

The Heritage Dragonflies - all residents at Heritage Pointe Senior Living in Marshall - were among the dancers who took the stage at Sunday's recital. Community Director Laurie Ourada said the Dragonflies spent many hours perfecting their routine, “Life Is Sweet,” with local dance instructor Annie Deutz. Group members ranged in age from 65 to 99.
