Two injured in Hwy. 212 crash
GRANITE FALLS — Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 212 Tuesday afternoon. The Minnesota State Patrol reported that a Granite Falls man and a Granite Falls woman received non life-threatening injuries.
The crash was reported at 3:51 p.m. in Stony Run Township, Yellow Medicine County. A 2010 Buick Enclave driven by Amara Lee Dietz, 24, of Granite Falls, and a 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage driven by Odin Phoenix Bollman, 37, of Granite Falls, were both northbound on Highway 212 when the vehicles made contact near 490th Street, the State Patrol said.
Bollman and a passenger in his vehicle, 18-year-old Victoria Nicole Garcia, of Granite Falls, were taken to Avera Granite Falls with non life-threatening injuries.
The Yellow Medicine County Sheriff’s Office and Avera Granite Falls Ambulance responded at the crash scene.
