In the April 8 edition of the Independent, there was a story regarding three Marshall Public School School Board seats that will be up for election this November on four-year terms.

Sara Runchey, Jeff Chapman and Sara Brink’s seats will open.

Both Runchey and Chapman will not be seeking to renew their terms.

Brink does plan to run for re-election of her school board seat, who currently serves as the board treasurer.

The general election for the school board seats will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
