In the March 28 edition of the Independent, Southwest Minnesota State University held an employee recognition and retiree reception to honor milestones. There were approximately 959 years of collective service represented between all faculty and staff that were honored, along with recognizing 18 faculty and staff members who have or will be retiring in the current academic school year.
