MARSHALL – The Minnesota 34th Infantry “Red Bull” Military Band performed in Marshall over the weekend on Sunday with the Marshall High School concert band for a performance filled with a variety of sounds and feels.

The Minnesota 34th Infantry Division “Red Bull” Band is based in Rosemount, and provides musical entertainment to foster the support of citizens and has been featured at a plethora of big events across the state, such as the state fair and at major sporting events.

Prior to concert day, MHS Band Director Larry Petersen said the opportunity to have a military band perform in town, as well as collaborating with the high school concert band students, was an honor. He also noted that it’s an exciting opportunity for his students to get to participate with an ensemble of such high caliber.
