The Lakeview student section reacts after Brook Gunlogson hit a 3-pointer in the final minute to put the Lakeview girls basketball team ahead by 6 points while on the way to a 60-52 win over MACCRAY, the reigning Class A state runners-up, Thursday night in Cottonwood. Fans packed the bleachers to watch the competitive battle, and filled the Lakers’ gym with celebratory cheers at the final buzzer. The Lakeview girls basketball team improved to a 13-3 overall record with the win.
