One injured in tractor/pickup collision
MARSHALL — A Marshall boy was injured in a collision involving a tractor and a pickup truck Monday night on Highway 23 in Marshall, the Minnesota State Patrol said.
The crash was reported at 7:24 p.m. A 2012 New Holland tractor driven by Kolton Danieljose Matthys, 16, and a 2018 Chevrolet Sierra driven by Dean Scott Grams, 65, of Marshall, were both traveling westbound on Highway 23 when they collided, the State Patrol said.
Matthys was taken to emergency room in Marshall with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. Grams was uninjured.
The Marshall Police Department, Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, Marshall Fire Department and North Memorial Ambulance all responded at the crash scene.
