The Marshall Tiger Marching Band took to Mattke Field at Southwest Minnesota State University Saturday night for the 29th annual Pursuit of Excellence. 13 surrounding marching bands participated in this year’s event, along with a performance from the SMSU Mustang Pep Band.

Marshall’s production this year is titled “Aurora,” which resembles the night sky of the Northern Lights.
