Tyler woman injured in Swift County crash
DE GRAFF — A Tyler woman was one of three people injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday in Swift County, the Minnesota State Patrol said. One person in the crash was critically injured, the State Patrol said.
The crash was reported at 5:43 p.m. at the intersection of Fourth Street and Minnesota Highway 12 in De Graff, Swift County. A 2022 Chevy Equinox driven by Linda Mary Holzheimer, 70, of Appleton, was traveling westbound on Highway 12, and a 2013 Lincoln MXK driven by Nicole Rae Petersen, 53, of Tyler, was southbound on Fourth Street when the vehicles collided, the State Patrol said.
Both Petersen and Holzheimer were taken to Benson Hospital with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. A passenger in Holzheimer’s vehicle, 76-year-old Allen James Sadergaski, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said.
The Swift County Sheriff’s Office, De Graff Fire Depatment and Benson Ambulance all responded at the crash scene.
