A Worthington man was killed in a rollover crash on Highway 60 in Jackson County Wednesday evening, the Minnesota State Patrol said.

The crash was reported at 6:21 p.m. A 2008 Ford Edge driven by Miguel Angel Heredia, 43, of Worthington, was eastbound on Highway 60 when the vehicle rolled into the south ditch. Heredia died from injuries sustained in the crash.

Road conditions were snowy or icy at the time of the crash, the State Patrol said. The State Patrol also reported that Heredia was not wearing a seatbelt.

The Cottonwood County Sheriff’s Office, and the Windom Police, Fire Department and Ambulance all reported at the crash scene.
