Nolan Carlson takes a rest with one of his pigs Wednesday morning at the Lyon County fairgrounds. The 4-H barns were busy Wednesday, as area youth brought in cattle, pigs, sheep, poultry and more. The Lyon County Fair kicked off Wednesday afternoon, and will continue through Sunday.
