A dairy cow in the 4-H dairy show during the Lincoln County Fair in Tyler Friday appears to be unhappy about waiting being forced to wait around.The fair continues today with a bake-off, ranch rodeo, century farm presentations and music from two bands -- Skippin Stones and the Larry Olsen Band. The fair concludes on Sunday with the 4-H auction, small animal show and the demolition derby.
