MARSHALL — Two area legislators will be holding a series of town hall meetings after the end of the current legislative session. State Sen. Gary Dahms, R-Redwood Falls, and Rep. Chris Swedzinski, R-Ghent, plan to hold joint meetings in Tracy, Marshall, Canby, Madison, Dawson and Granite Falls.

“These meetings are an opportunity for constituents to receivean update on the recently concluded legislative sessionand ask questions,” Dahms said.

The public meetings will be held June 1, at the following cities and locations:

– 7:30 a.m. at the Tracy Public Library

– 9:15 a.m. at the Marshall Area YMCA

– 11:15 a.m. at the Canby City Hall council chambers

– 1:15 p.m. at the Madison City Hall auditorium

– 2:45 p.m. at the Dawson City Building

– 4:30 p.m. at the Granite Falls City Hall council chambers.

“We look forward to visiting with our constituents,” Swedzinski said.
