The local weather was starting to warm up a little on Wednesday, but there was still plenty of snow for sliding on at Independence Park in Marshall. A few groups of sledders and snowboarders were out at the park’s hill Wednesday afternoon. Thomas Hanson found a spot on the hill where the snow was less packed in order to do some snowboarding.
