Whooo’s with the zoo

Chris Hess, a naturalist from the Minnesota Zoo, showed Park Side first-graders a great horned owl. She said the owl, a native of Minnesota that is able to live all year around here, does not have horns, but rather feathers that look like horns. The event was made possible courtesy of the Pride in the Tiger Foundation.
