The Southwest Minnesota State University Child Care Center kids went “South of the Border” this year for their annual appearance in the Crazy Days kiddie parade Thursday morning in downtown Marshall. Another day care center participated in the parade as “All Stars.” Melanie and Celeste Werner were browsing the shoe sale outside of Sole Mates during Crazy Days on Thursday. Crystal, back, and Yanelis Duenas were out shopping with their mom on Thursday.
