Lakeview School Board (elect 4): Chad Johnson received 572 votes. Nancy Bertrand received 570 votes. Jennifer Hinz received 550 votes. Cynthia Anderson received 490 votes. Lisa Varpness received 439 votes. Greg Goepferich received 407 votes. Kenny Isaackson received 395 votes. Chuck Ness received 261 votes. There were 20 write-ins.
MINNEOTA SCHOOL DISTRICT
Minnesota School Board (elect 4): Dawn Van Keulen received 630 votes. Doug Spanton received 478 votes. Larry Buysse received 474 votes. Jeff Buysse received 456 votes. Terri Myhre received 443 votes. Dan Bueltel received 376 votes. Karla Engels received 282 votes. Tom Guttormsson received 267 votes. Jesse Nelson received 239 votes. Mechele Bruner received 106 votes. Rebecca Jurrens received 103 votes. There were four write-ins.

SCHOOL DISTRICT
Redwood Falls Area School Board (elect 4): James Boots received 1,272 votes. Clark Grannes received 1,268 votes. Timothy Joyce received 1,253 votes. Tony Miller received 1,242 votes. Kevin Passe received 1,222 votes. Rick Petersen received 1,148 votes. Erica Plaetz received 1,128 votes. There were 18 write-ins.
YELLOW MEDICINE
EAST SCHOOL DISTRICT
Yellow Medicine East School Board (elect 3): Dawn Odegard received 1,824 votes. Steve Rupp received 1,707 votes. Sharon Rupp received 1,387 votes. Shelly Weir received 1,141 votes. There were 66 write-ins.
School referendum question, to raise general education revenue by $695 per pupil: A total of 1,566 “no” votes were cast and 1,097 “yes” votes.

Lyon County Attorney: Richard Maes received 6,833 votes. There were 78 write-ins.
Lyon County Soil & Water District 2: Allen Deutz received 7,094 votes. There were 32 write-ins.
Lyon County Soil & Water District 4: Gary Lavoy received 4,322 votes. Jeff Monsrud received 2,600 votes. There were 28 write-ins.
AMIRET TOWNSHIP
Town Supervisor 3: Jason Ormberg received 85 votes. There was one write-in.
EIDSVOLD TOWNSHIP
Town Supervisor 2: Terry Schreiber received 87 votes.
Town Supervisor 3: Eric Buysse received 59 votes. Kenneth Muhl received 35 votes.

Lincoln County Commissioner District 2: Michael (Mic) Vandevere received 350 votes. Gary Manson received 84 votes. There were three write-ins.
Lincoln County Commissioner District 4: Joseph Drietz received 355 votes. Craig Larson received 125 votes. There were five write-ins.
Lincoln County Soil and Water Supervisor District 1: Daniel Christianson received 2,095 votes. There were 17 write-ins.

Arco City Council: Two council members were elected. Duane Joseph Thooft Sr. received 28 votes and David Cahow received 22 votes. Bradley Kuehl received 18 votes. Denise Gladis received 11 votes. There were 12 write-ins.
Hendricks Mayor: Julie Hogie received 192 votes. There were 27 write-ins.
Hendricks City Council: Two council members were elected. Darren Schumacher received 205 votes. Scott Pearson received 204 votes. There were 13 write-ins.
Ivanhoe Mayor: Dennis A. Klingbile received 155 votes. Doyle Sorensen received 110 votes. There were six write-ins.
Ivanhoe City Council: Two council members were elected. Leonard VanOverbeke received 194 votes and Craig Allen Hansen received 138 votes. Brenda Koopman received 133 votes. There were six write-ins.
Lake Benton Mayor: Barb Powell received 122 votes. Larry Robins received 97 votes. There were 47 write-ins.
Lake Benton City Council: Three council members were elected in two separate races. In the first race, two council members were elected. Susan Johnson received 228 votes and there were 47 write-ins. In the second race, one council member was elected. Jack Redlinger received 185 votes. There were 44 write-ins.
Tyler Mayor: Mervyn Peterson received 361 votes. There were 31 write-ins.
Tyler City Council: Two council members were elected. Tim Sanderson received 316 votes and Erick Harper received 282 votes. Darrel Denney received 160 votes. There were 12 write-ins.
MURRAY COUNTY
Murray County Commissioner District 3: Gerald Magnus received 474 votes. There were 102 write-ins.
Murray County Commissioner District 4: Glenn (Corky) Kluis received 446 votes. Bill Belanger received 378 votes. There were three write-ins.
Murray County Auditor-Treasurer: Heidi E. Winter received 3,297 votes. There were 16 write-ins.
Murray County Recorder: Evey Larson received 2,026 votes. Pamela M. Schreier received 1,458 votes. There were two write-ins.
Murray County Sheriff: Steve Telkamp received 3,182 votes. There were 72 write-ins.
Murray County Attorney: Travis J. Smith received 3,136 votes. There were 65 write-ins.
Murray County Soil and Water Supervisor District 1: Paul Posthuma received 3,221 votes. There were six write-ins.
Murray County Soil and Water Supervisor District 2: Gary Brinks received 3,232 votes. There were four write-ins.
Avoca Mayor: Roger A. Lindmeier received 36 votes. There were seven write-ins.
Avoca City Council: Two council members were elected. Phil Olson received 38 votes. Justine Wettschreck received 25 votes. There were 17 write-ins.
Chandler Mayor: Daryl Behrends received 92 votes. There were four write-ins.
Chandler City Council: Two council members were to be elected. Leroy Buys received 89 votes and there were 34 write-ins.
Currie Mayor: There was a tie in Currie’s mayoral race. Jebidiah Malone received 48 votes and Eugene Short received 48 votes. There were two write-ins.
Currie City Council: Two council members were elected. William Arie Oliver Jr. received 69 votes and Jamie Lee Danneman received 53 votes. Robin Leonard received 43 votes and there were 17 write-ins.
Currie City Council Special Election: There were 45 write-ins.
Dovray Mayor: Herbert Hansen received 28 votes. There were two write-ins.
Dovray City Council: Two council members were elected. Joann Shaw received 24 votes. Angela Cohrs received 27 votes. There were seven write-ins.
Fulda Mayor: Chad Ouellette received 396 votes. There were 18 write-ins.
Fulda City Council: Two council members were elected. Ron Kellen received 315 votes and Timothy J. Roberts received 237 votes. Tim Strenge received 217 votes and there were 13 write-ins.
Hadley Mayor: Richard Like received 24 votes. There were two write-ins.
Hadley City Council: Two council members were elected. Bonnie J. Petersen received 27 votes. Dale Pavlis received 21 votes. There were eight write-ins.
Iona Mayor: Peter Ford received 35 votes. Marlene (Mert) Brown received 31 votes. There were two write-ins.
Iona City Council: Two council members were elected. Arlan Veld received 49 votes. Lynn D. Paugh received 46 votes. There were 21 write-ins.

Slayton Mayor: Miron Carney received 733 votes. There were 44 write-ins.
Slayton City Council: Two council members were elected. Mark Boerboom received 536 votes and Jason Kirchner received 338 votes. Lee Lokker received 299 votes. Tammy Buesing received 262 votes. Danial Walter Jensen received 165 votes. There were two write-ins.

Yellow Medicine County Sheriff: Bill Flaten received 3,694 votes. There were 29 write-ins.
Yellow Medicine County Attorney: Keith Helgeson received 3,502 votes. There were 25 write-ins.
Yellow Medicine County Commissioner District 1: Greg Renneke received 675 votes. There were 28 write-ins.
Yellow Medicine County Commissioner District 2: John Berends received 668 votes. There were 17 write-ins.
Yellow Medicine County Soil and Water Supervisor District 3: Hollis Weber received 3,593 votes. There were 13 write-ins.

Canby City Council: Two council members were elected. Nancy Bormann received 506 votes. Frank Maas received 432 votes. There were 32 write-ins.
Clarkfield Mayor: Albert W. (Al) Gates received 241 votes. There were 37 write-ins.
Clarkfield City Council: Three council members were elected in two separate races. In the first race, two council members were elected. Neil Linscheid received 244 votes. Erin Johnson-Crosby received 215 votes. There were 34 write-ins. In the second special election, one council member was elected. Paul Anspach received 237 votes. There were 33 write-ins.
Echo Mayor: Christopher J. Borning received 66 votes. There were 10 write-ins.
Echo City Council: Two council members were elected. Daniel Remmele received 57 votes and Wyatt Bendix received 40 votes. Mike Zabel received 30 votes. Brent Guimond received 22 votes. There were six write-ins.
Granite Falls City Council: Two council members were elected. Steve Nordaune received 602 votes and Duwayne Galow received 515 votes. Jonathan May III received 122 votes. There were 17 write-ins.
