A Summary of the Proceedings of the Lyon County Board
9:00 a.m. pursuant to notice the Lyon County Commissioners met with the following members present: Commissioners Anderson, Sanow, Graupmann, Crowley and Ritter. Also present: Administrator Stomberg and Attorney Maes.
MSP to approve the agenda.
MSP to approve the consent agenda.
MSP to approve the resolution allowing prosecution of petty
misdemeanor, misdemeanor and certain gross misdemeanor crimes for the City of Russell by the County Attorney's Office.
MSP to accept the $100 donation from Schwartz Family Farms and designate money to the educational drug program materials or National Night Out in August of 2017.
MSP to terminate the lease with ABE effective June 30, 2017, give them until September 1 to find a different space to house their program and their current rate of $14.50/square foot will be in effect until
September 1.
MSP for the County to exercise jurisdiction and enforcement authority for the Riparian Protection and Water Quality Practices, aka Buffer Law for the areas that SWCD will not enforce.
MSP to approve the 1/2 day of vacation as a grand prize for participation in March Madness activities.
MSP to adjourn at 11:02 a.m.
