A Summary of the Proceedings of the Lyon County Board
9:00 a.m. pursuant to notice the Lyon County Commissioners met with the following members present: Commissioners Anderson, Sanow, Graupmann, Stensrud and Ritter. Also present: Administrator Stomberg and Attorney Maes.
MSP to approve the agenda.
MSP to approve the consent agenda.
MSP to approve the final payment to McLaughlin & Schultz for Camden Recreational Trail Phase II for a total of $61,370.83.
MSP to approve final payment to Traffic Marking Service Inc. in the amount of $59,508.97. The method of payment includes budgeted amount and funds from the wheelage tax. MSP to approve the 2016 deficient bridge resolution.
MSP to approve the purchase of the chassis from Boyer Ford Trucks, Inc. for a total of $114,902.43 plus tax, the 2002 International Tandem will be traded in.
MSP to approve the purchase of the Towmaster Truck equipment for a total of $111,105.00.
MSP to approve the extended warranty to include the EW4, cooling and axles for a total of $6,605.
MSF to not offer passports in the administration office and leave the service with the Post Office. Commissioners Graupmann and Ritter voted in favor and Commissioners Anderson, Sanow and Stensrud voted against.
MSP to approve offering passports in the administration office and hire a 30 hour per week employee. Commissioners Anderson, Sanow and Stensrud voted in favor. Commissioners Graupmann and Ritter voted against.
