Faith Briefs for Feb. 7

A new GriefShare program starts Monday

Community members who have experienced the death of a family member or friend are invited to participate in a GriefShare program Monday evenings at Holy Redeemer in the Gathering Area beginning Feb 10. All denominations are welcome.

The program features Christ-centered teaching that focuses on grief topics associated with the death of a loved one, such as “Am I Going Crazy” and “The New Normal.” The DVD series features video of nationally respected grief experts and real-life stories of people, followed by a small group discussion about what was seen on the video.

GriefShare will take place from 6:30-8 p.m. Mondays, beginning Feb 10, at Holy Redeemer in Marshall. All faiths are welcome. For questions, call the Holy Redeemer church office at 532-5711, or Dorothy at 507-401-0601.
