MARSHALL — Angela Tauer and Ryan Engels announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Jim and Jackie Tauer of Marshall and Jim and Michele Engels of Watertown, S.D. Tauer is a 2013 graduate of Marshall High School, a 2017 graduate of South Dakota State University with a degree in athletic training, and a 2020 graduate of AT Still University in Mesa, AZ where she earned her doctorate of occupational therapy. Engels is a 2011 graduate of Watertown High School, a 2015 graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University with a degree in exercise science, and a 2017 graduate of South Dakota State University where he earned a master’s degree in health, nutrition and exercise science. The couple is planning a wedding on Aug. 8, 2020, at Holy Redeemer Church.
