MARSHALL — Monica Timmerman and Aaron Hingst announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Curt and Lori Timmerman of Marshall and Daniel and Tammy Hingst of Inver Grove Heights. Timmerman is a 2016 graduate of Marshall High School and will be a 2020 graduate of North Dakota State University with a degree in computer science. Hingst is a 2016 graduate of Simley High School in Inver Grove Heights and will be a 2020 graduate of North Dakota State University with a degree in mechanical engineering. They will both serve as FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students) missionaries following graduation. The couple plans a May 23 wedding at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Marshall.
