BALATON — James Horsman and Dawn Sibanda of Seattle, Washington, announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Elaine and the late David Horsman of Balaton and Herod and Siyengiwe Sibanda of Harare, Zimbabwe. Sibanda is a graduate North Dakota State University, has a master of public health from the University of Minnesota, and is a graduate of the of University of Minnesota Medical School. She is a pediatrics resident at the University of Washington. Horsman is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Morris, has a master’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix, and is a master of arts in applied international studies student at the University of Washington in Seattle. A 2018 wedding is planned.
