MILROY -- Amy Welu and Tanner Michelson announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Melvin and Beverly Welu of Milroy and Brian and Jan Michelson of Tracy. Welu is a 2013 graduate of Marshall High School and plans to graduate in May from South Dakota State University with a degree in nursing. Michelson is a 2013 graduate of Tracy Area High School and plans to graduate in May from South Dakota State University with a degree in agricultural systems technology. The couple plans a May 20, 2017, wedding in Milroy.
