MILROY – Taylor Welu and Nicholas Mueller announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are John and Theresa Welu of Milroy and Edward and Julie Mueller of Garretson, S.D. Welu graduated from Marshall High School in 2011 and received her bachelor of science degree in agricultural education from South Dakota State University in 2015. Mueller graduated from Garretson High School in 2011 and received his bachelor of science degree in ag systems technology from South Dakota State University in 2015. The couple plans an April 2, 2016, wedding at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Milroy.
