MARSHALL — A Lyon County Sheriff’s deputy was able to use his emergency medical training to save a life this summer. At Tuesday’s Lyon County Board meeting, Deputy Dustin Demuth was recognized for his efforts helping a woman who was having a severe allergic reaction.
