TUESDAY PREP SPORTS ROUNDUP: Minneota cruises past MACCRAY in sweep

MINNEOTA — The No. 2-ranked Minneota volleyball team defeated MACCRAY 3-0 (25-23, 25-6, 25-16) on Tuesday.

Natalee Rolbiecki led Minneota with 17 kills while Ireland Stassen added 10 and Abby Frie had eight. McKenzie Tolk led in digs with 12 while Rolbiecki added seven and McKenna Yost led in set assists with 21 while Stassen added 14.

Minneota (8-2) will face RCW on the road today at 7:15 p.m.

Maya Wente led Canby with 16 kills while Gabby Harding added 11 and Mackenzie Janiszeski and Aidyn Bruns each recorded six. Kyla Rangaard led in digs with 12 while Paige Nelson and Janiszeski each added 10 and Rachel Harding led in set assists with 23 while Nelson added 22.

Canby (8-2) will face LQPV on the road today at 7:15 p.m.

Kate Dahl led DB with six kills while Reese Johnson and Alli Estling each added two. Alivia Haas and Dahl led in digs with six each while Estling added five and Chelsie Husby led in set assists with 10.

YME (3-5) will face LQPV at home next Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. while DB (2-5) will face TMB at home today at 7:15 p.m.
