MARSHALL — The Red Rock Conference recently announced its Academic All-Conference teams for boys and girls basketball and multiple area players made the list.

In girls basketball, for Murray County Central, Amber Boock, Brynn Graphenteen, Josie Harms, Bryn Hoekman and Emma Johnson made it while Red Rock Central was represented by Nicole Schroepfer and Bethany Byers, Lexi Herding and Olivia Klumper made it for Westbrook-Walnut Grove. Joining them are Marisa Lehnhoff, Brianna Reckamp, Shawna Rogers and Jayden Zebe (Adrian/Ellsworth), Addison Fleischman (Edgerton), Morgan Gehl and Tara Tuin (Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda), Abby Knobloch, Allie LaRock, Taryn Rauk and Lauren Tatge (Hills-Beaver Creek), Anika Fast, Elizabeth Linscheid and Carly Osland (Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey) and Brooklyn Moss, Maren Nerem, Hannah Pap, Makenzie Snyder, Cybil Vander Top and Ella Veldkamp (Southwest Minnesota Christian).

In boys basketball, Carter Kresko and Blake Schmitz made it for MCC while Justin Klabunde, Joe Strock and Luke Willhite made it for RRC and Sam Kleven, Nathan Kuehl and Ethan Mischke made it for WWG. Joining them are Micah Onken and Dalton Popkes (Adrian/Ellsworth) and Brandon Clausen, Eli Fest, Gage Freking, Paul Salentiny and Zach Their (HLO/Fulda).
