SMSU soccer to host Fall ID Camp in October
MARSHALL — The Southwest Minnesota State University women’s soccer program is hosting its 2020 ID Camp on Oct. 24-25 at the Schwan Regional Event Center on the SMSU campus.
The camp is open to individuals in grades 8-12 and features several different options for attendees during the two days.
Saturday’s schedule begins at 2:30 p.m. with Session 1, which includes an hour and a half of technical development. Following a dinner break (individuals on their own), Session 2 begins at 6 p.m. and will feature two hours of 7v7 and 11v11 games.
Sunday’s schedule will follow a similar format with Session 3 starting at 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. with technical development. Following a lunch break (individuals on their own), Session 4 begins at 1 p.m. and will have two hours of 7v7 and 11v11 games. The day concludes at 3:30 p.m. with college prep chat.
The cost to attend all four sessions is $100, while the cost is $60 to attend one of the two days. Discounted hotel accommodations are available upon request. COVID-19 social distancing regulations will be followed.
