MINNEOTA — The Marshall Black 17U baseball team defeated Minneota 5-3 in four innings on Thursday.

Keaton Maertens, Connor Neubeck, Brock Schultz and Zach Allen led the way for Marshall with a hit and an RBI apiece while Preston Hoflock, Owen Knochenmus, Mitchell Bouwman and Kadem Brinkman each added a hit.

Jacob Eben earned the victory on the mound, going four innings while allowing three runs on four hits and struck out five.
