PREP BOYS HOCKEY: Five Tigers earn Big South All-Conference honors

MARSHALL — The Big South Conference announced its All-Conference teams for boys hockey on Wednesday and a few Marshall players made the list.

Leading the way for the Tigers on the All-Conference team was Joe Archbold, Dominik Caspers, Kaleb Welvaert and Bryson Whyte. Joining them were Colby Crabtree and Jacob Von Tersch (Luverne), Shawn Lehtinen and Charlie Weick (Minnesota River), Glavine Schugel and Braxton Hoffman (New Ulm), Ben Priebe and Jagger Johnson (Waseca) and Kyle Espenson (Windom Area).

Leading the way on the All-Conference Honorable Mention team was Marshall’s Tristan VanDeVere. Joining the Tiger senior was Eli Anderson (Fairmont), Ethan O’Connor (New Ulm), Mason Clark (Redwood Valley), Ben Diedrich and Jack Rolling (Waseca) and Kipton Jenson (Worthington).
