MARSHALL — The Southwest Swim Club attended the Watertown qualifying meet in Watertown (S.D.) on Feb. 15-16. The invite featured over 200 athletes from nine swim clubs from South Dakota and Minnesota. SSC had 15 athletes participating in 71 individual events. Of those events, SSC had 45 personal bests, 30 Top 8 finishes, 10 new “Achievement” qualifying times, and 11 new “Regional” qualifying times.

Eight SSC swimmers will be competing in the Minnesota Achievement Championships in Alexandria this weekend and 10 SSC swimmers will be competing in the Minnesota Regional Championships in Hutchinson on Feb. 28-March 1.
