MARSHALL — The Southwest Minnesota State University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and the SMSU women’s basketball program will be hosting a Clothing Drive to benefit students in the Marshall Public School District during the SMSU women’s and men’s basketball games today.

Individuals are encouraged to bring a clothing item to donate during the games inside the R/A Facility. SMSU will face St. Cloud State with the women’s game starting at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men’s game at 7:30 p.m.

Items to donate include hats, gloves, coats, shoes, snow pates, sweatshirts and pants. The items donated will be distributed to elementary and middle school students in need.

Individuals who donate items will be entered in for a chance to win SMSU apparel during the game as well.
