Jordan Odegard led the Kilowatts offense, going 3 for 5 with a pair of doubles and three runs scored. Brandon Grund and Austin Friese added two hits and two RBI apiece in the win.

Wabasso’s Devan Liebl struck out five batters over eight innings in the loss.

Granite Falls hosts the Milroy Yankees on Wednesday, while Wabasso travels to Bird Island on Wednesday.

Tyson Sonnenburg led the way for Minneota, going 4 for 6 with three runs scored.

Alex Pohlen added four hits in the win, while Austin Buysse finished 3 for 5 with two RBI.

Beau Buysse earned the win, striking out three batters in three innings of relief.

Jacob Neu went 3 for 5 in the loss for Cottonwood, while Seth Boerboom homered and doubled.

Brady Lanoue led the way for the Irish, going 3 for 4 with a double and two RBI. Tyler Peterson added a pair of hits along with an RBI.

Cody Mather struck out eight batters over eight innings to earn the win for the Irish, while Peterson closed things out in the ninth inning to earn the save.

The Milroy Irish earned the top seed in the Gopher League going into Region 13C play. The Irish will play a postseason tune-up exhibition game on Friday against Mountain Lake.
