MARSHALL – The Athletic announced their Division I Freshman All-American football team on Wednesday, and former Marshall Tiger Blaise Andrieswas named to the 25-man team.

The 2017 graduate is currently a redshirt freshman offensive guard for the University of Minnesota. The Gophers are 6-6 on the season and are coming off a 37-15 victory over the University of Wisconsin on Nov. 24. Minnesota will face Georgia Tech in the Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit, Michigan on Dec. 26.
